Is reservation mandatory?
It is recommended to book in advance as the number of seats is limited for safety and quality reasons. If there are still seats left, it is possible to take the entrance tickets on site.
What is the target age?
The place was designed and equipped for children aged 0 to 8 years old. Spaces are specially designed for toddlers, as well as for older children. Everyone will find pleasure there!
What is the role of the accompanying adult?
Octopia is a place for young and old. Although some spaces and workshops are designed so that children can have fun alone, you can also take advantage of them to spend quality time with the family. Some animators are there to guarantee safety and animate certain areas.
Is there PMR access?
Yes, Octopia is open to people with reduced mobility.
From what age can I organize my child's birthday at Octopia?
From the age of one. The birthday is tailor-made and adapted to the age of the birthday child.
I have a three-month-old baby, is it too young to come?
Octopia welcomes the newborn as soon as it arrives.
I have a child over 8 years old, are there activities planned for him?
Yes, there is a hip hop dance workshop scheduled for late Thursday afternoon for children aged 8 to 12. There is also the possibility of booking one of our rooms for a “boom” birthday party on Saturday evening from 19 to 9 pm.
What payment method is accepted?

Octopia: a Kids Club like no other in the 17th century
A new place for Parisian families
On September 23, 2025, Octopia will open its doors in the 17th arrondissement. Nearly 600 m² have been designed as a breathing bubble for families, far from the daily rhythm. Here, there is no question of limiting yourself to a simple playground: Octopia wants to be a lively place where children grow up having fun and where parents also find their place.
Each visit is experienced as a break, two hours where we explore, invent and share, surrounded by spaces that combine creativity, awakening and discovery.
An octopus as an imaginary guide
Why “Octopia”? The name was born from the encounter between the intelligence of the octopus and the dream of a utopia for childhood. The octopus, capable of solving puzzles, symbolizes curiosity and learning. Its eight tentacles are divided into eight game worlds, each dedicated to a meaning, skill, or emotion. The founders, Morgane and Margaux, wanted to give life to this malicious mascot that accompanies children in their explorations.
Eight worlds, eight ways to awaken
Each age group has its own adventure zone:
- Starfish (0-1 year): sensory rugs and cocoon space for toddlers.
- Exploratory mission (1-3 years) : tunnels and motor skills courses to test your autonomy.
- Adventure mission (3-8 years): climbing, huts and collective structures to let off steam.
- Digital aquarium : children's drawings are projected and animated on the big screen.
- Imitation game : Doctor Paw and his animals learn to play caretaker.
- Car circuit — Driver club : a space to drive, test and cooperate.
- Library : books in French and English to nourish the imagination.
- Agora : a family scene where shows and meetings are held.
Each zone has been designed to be stimulating but reassuring, so that children can thrive with confidence.
Workshops to go further
Outside the play areas, a program of workshops punctuate the week: musical awakening, crafts, dance, theater, yoga, scientific workshops... Some even take place in English, for a fun first step into foreign languages.
Parents are not forgotten: prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga with a baby or dance-portage are among the appointments that strengthen the family bond.
Coffee shop and concept store
Because parents also need a break, a cozy coffee shop is located in the heart of Octopia. Here you can enjoy roaster coffee, matcha, or fresh juice while keeping an eye on the kids. Next door, a concept store offers creative games, children's books and objects carefully chosen to extend the experience at home.
A festive place for birthdays
Octopia is also becoming the ideal place to celebrate a birthday. Buffet, creative workshops, magic, dance or complete privatization: several formulas exist to create an unforgettable moment, always safe and festive.
