A fun and creative workshop to discover theater while having fun! Through role-playing, body expression and improvisations, children develop their imagination, self-confidence and the pleasure of playing together on stage.

Prenatal yoga
Prenatal yoga will bring you physical and emotional well-being during your pregnancy with our maternity yoga teacher. Because putting your motherhood in motion and taking care of yourself brings many benefits to pregnant women and their babies in the womb. We have all the necessary equipment on site, you just need to provide a soft and comfortable outfit.
No previous yoga practice is necessary. Accessible to all pregnant women except in case of high-risk pregnancies.

Mom and baby postnatal yoga
Specially dedicated to all young mothers as soon as they return from motherhood, post-natal yoga will allow them to reappropriate their body, regain energy, protect their perineum and rebuild their abdominal muscles, thanks to exercises based on the Gasquet method. Welcome baby!

Maman Danse
A gentle and joyful activity combining fluid dance, physiological bearing and postnatal movement. A moment of musical sharing and a strong bond between mom and baby. A moment just for you, where we refocus, we breathe, we connect... in music and in movement.
What to bring: baby linen, essential items, a physiological baby carrier (controlled) and a bottle of water. (The session is not a babywearing class.)
